Shipping

Ready-made items: Ships within 1-2 business days via UPS with tracking. Shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Custom orders: Ships after final payment and quality inspection. Shipping costs included in your final quote based on location and order size.

You'll receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of shipment.

Local Delivery (Custom Orders Only)

Available within 1 hour of Panola County, MS

Delivery Windows

Weekdays:

  • Before 7:00 AM CST (early morning)
  • After 5:00 PM CST (evening)

Weekends:

  • Anytime before 5:00 PM CST

How It Works

We'll coordinate your preferred delivery time in advance. If you're unavailable, we can arrange a secure drop-off location with photo proof of delivery.

All local deliveries are made by our team wearing Smith Imprints branded attire—look for us with a smile.

Packaging

Ready-made items: Carefully packed and shipped in protective packaging.

Custom orders: Every item is:

  • Sealed in a clear garment bag with size visible
  • Includes a care instructions card
  • Packed in a branded box with a handwritten thank you note from us
  • Counted twice to ensure accuracy

Local custom orders: Delivered in a branded brown shopping bag Shipped custom orders: Packed in a box sealed with branded tape

You'll receive email updates:

  • Order shipped (with tracking)
  • Order delivered

Delivery Timeline

Ready-made items: Ships within 1-2 business days of order placement.

Custom orders: Delivered or shipped based on your completion date provided in your final quote. Final payment must be received before delivery or shipment occurs.
