Local Delivery

Available within 1 hour of Panola County, MS

Delivery Windows

Weekdays:

• Before 7:00 AM CST (early morning)
• After 5:00 PM CST (evening)

Weekends:

• Anytime before 5:00 PM CST

How It Works

We'll coordinate your preferred delivery time in advance. If you're unavailable, we can arrange a secure drop-off location with photo proof of delivery.

All local deliveries are made by our team wearing Smith Imprints branded attire—look for us with a smile.

Shipping

Available nationwide via UPS

Orders outside our local delivery area ship via UPS with tracking provided. Shipping costs are added to your final invoice based on your location and order size.

You'll receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of shipment.

When Your Order Ships or Delivers

Orders are delivered or shipped after:

• Final payment (remaining 50%) is received
• Quality inspection is complete
• Everything is carefully packaged

Packaging

Every item is:

• Sealed in a clear garment bag with size visible
• Includes a care instructions card
• Packed in a branded box with a handwritten thank you note from us
• Counted twice to ensure accuracy

Local orders: Delivered in a branded brown shopping bag
Shipped orders: Packed in a box sealed with branded tape

You'll receive email updates at every step:

• Order in progress
• Order shipped (with tracking)
• Order delivered

Delivery Timeline

Orders are delivered or shipped based on your completion date provided in your final quote. Final payment must be received before delivery or shipment occurs.
