7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange or return for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Sizing issues
- Quality concerns
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact us via email within 7 days and provide:
- Your order details
- Description of the issue
- Photos of defective items (if applicable)
Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
We respond within 12 hours and will guide you through the next steps.
What We Offer
For legitimate defects or sizing issues, we provide:
- Full replacement of affected items
- Full refund for affected items
As part of our satisfaction guarantee, we take accountability when there's an issue. For non-sizing problems, we'll request photos to assess the concern.
What's Not Eligible
Returns or exchanges are not available for:
- Orders where design was approved and production met specifications
- Items worn or washed
- Requests made after the 7-day window
- Buyer's remorse after design approval
