You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange or return for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Sizing issues
  • Quality concerns

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact us via email within 7 days and provide:

  • Your order details
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

For ready-made items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

For custom orders: We'll assess the issue and determine the best solution.

We respond within 12 hours and will guide you through the next steps.


What We Offer

For legitimate defects or sizing issues, we provide:

  • Full replacement of affected items, or
  • Full refund for affected items

As part of our satisfaction guarantee, we take accountability when there's an issue.


What's Not Eligible

Ready-made items:

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Requests made after the 7-day window
  • General dissatisfaction with style or fit (unless it's a sizing error on our part)

Custom orders:

  • Orders where design was approved and production met specifications
  • Buyer's remorse after design approval
  • Requests made after the 7-day window
