How Payment Works

With Design Support

Ready-made items: Pay at checkout. Your order ships once payment is processed.

Custom orders: 50% deposit before production starts, 50% final balance before delivery or shipment. If you need design support, there's a $30 design deposit (deducted from your final total).

Payment Plans

Need flexibility? We offer payment plans through Partial.ly with:

• Minimum 50% as first payment (before production)
• Remaining balance split into installments
• Final payment due by completion date

Perfect for larger orders, schools, and organizations.

Your Invoice Includes

All invoices show itemized costs, design deposit credit (if applicable), sales tax, shipping/delivery fees, and clear breakdown of deposit and final balance amounts. No hidden fees.

Rush Orders (Custom Orders Only)

Rush orders (5 business days or less) require:

• 100% payment upfront
• 25% rush fee added to total
• Print-ready files only

Refunds

Ready-made items: Standard return policy applies. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if there's an issue.

Custom orders:

• Design deposits are non-refundable once work begins
• Order deposits may be refunded if we can't fulfill due to supply issues, significant delays occur (your choice to cancel), mutual cancellation before production, or quality issues/errors on our part
• Refunds processed within 5 business days to original payment method
